i know how to burn pictures to cd , but can anyone explain to me how to finalise a disc using window vista to allow them to be played on other dvd players ot pc`s

you should really use "Nero 7" and it will do it all for you, your standard window burner will do this and your DVD player can judgment the files as economically. hope this help you.
