I hold Windows XP The BMP record comes up when the PC boots up along beside the request for Id and password. Once enter contained by though the BMP go away and the solid color surroundings replaces it. The option for the picture files is grayed out.
Answers: Right Click The Bmp File, And Select Set As Desktop Background.
