What is the fool proof approach to delete background for good from the concrete drive, so that it cannot be recovered following using any type of advanced program or software. I thought of uninstalling window, but my friends said even if you do so any smart hacker can rest the background. I am within a fix, as I am surrounded by process of selling my laptop.

I use Boot and Nuke only download the iso burn it to cd and boot to the cd.
