Limewire Illegal?

If you bought that Limewire Pro is that still stealing music ILLEGALLY

Answers: it's just unlawful if you use it to steal music
If you download music and don't earnings for it... YES, it's ILLEGAL. You can argue adjectives kind of points in the order of it, but within the close it is banned.

Limewire itself is not undemocratic. But using it to return with music for free is. Just similar to owning a gun is not against the law, but using it to rob a business is.
Limewire is not wrong.
It have a few endorsed uses.

It is with the sole purpose the act of the user that are illegal
Go ahead and use limewire or any other P2P program

If you are ever asked or told it is unsanctioned you will enjoy the greatest OPPORTUNITY (go to trial aid and catch a free legal representative first) to stop this gabble once and for adjectives.

The Nonsense? Well here it is : You are not stealing a book (from the author) if you borrow it to read are you?

If use LIMEWIRE and tons other such programs.

I would love to appear within court, charged beside stealing. I would voice to the pass judgment:

" Your honour I enjoy surrounded by my appendage a copy of the most recent HARRY POTTER book. If I lent it to you and you read it to your grandchildren, would you be STEALING?

So I borrowed a song from a friend on LIMEWIRE and contained by return I lent him a song he required to hear.

THAT IS WHAT WE DO ON LIMEWIRE. WE LEND EACH OTHER SONGS, NOT BOOKS.

And, Oh, your honour, I only bought a current album of songs by
Eric Clapton. I put them on LIMEWIRE so that my friends in that can borrow the songs and listen to them.

And I see that somebody have newly bought Elvis Costello's tentative album and I sure want to borrow a few songs from that album to listen to.

STEALING within the dictionary is TAKING PROPERTY that does not belong to you. If I stole a lawmower from my neighbor in need his go-ahead I would be STEALING.

But if he say, "travel ahead and borrow my lawmower and I will borrow your hose" later to be exact borrowing and NOT stealing.

So I would pleade GUILTY to borrowing and I'll bet the trendsetter would agree, especially if he looked-for to borrow my copy of HARRY POTTER !
