I want to rip the theme/credits music from a few of my DVD's so I can listen to them on my compact disc player surrounded by my motor whilst driving. I'm a cheap college student so it have to be free.
Answers: you can journal what you hear next to somthing resembling audacity ... that would probably be easier than ripping and extracting afterwards converting the audio streams ...

but i am not sure whether or not it is competent to rip audio past its sell-by date dvd.

I hold found a angelic DVD Audio Ripper which is from Danisoft, it could convert any audio from DVD as you want.
