Ok, the Windows loaded tell you that somehow two big files are missing. These are tedious workbook files contained by the C:\ directory and can be delete by twist of fate or by some virus.
It can be replaced as it's not a complex database.

Boot.ini is not missing, it is invalid. Go to my computer, local drive c: and later tools/folder opyions/view. Turn stale hiding of underhand, after system files. This will furnish an error notification, give the brush-off it. You should see the database immediately. Open it contained by notepad. It should read something approaching this :
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partiti...
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\wi... Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
Unfortunately this is a 2000 interpretation. Check the defaulting chain, It should clash this if Windows is on the first fence of the drive. The second file should point to "Microsoft XP" /fastdetect instead of 2000, Try editing it CAREFULLY.
After you reboot don't forget to move about to folder option and adjust both view wager on, this seriously reduce the risk of unintended harmed to system files.
