My window XP turn stale dialog doesn't show hilbernate button even when I press shift, how can I fix it?

To show the Hibernate leeway below shutdown, select Start | Control Panel, and select the Performance and Maintenance god.
Select the Power Options god below "or pick a Control Panel Icon."
Select the Hibernate tab, and click on the Enable Hibernation box.
