Hi,
I wonder if any one out here can sustain me out?
I own an access database near a detail of codes; I would resembling to run a report to show the entries against respectively code. However; on the report I would similar to it to show a given name surrounded by place of the code; base on the first few junk mail of the code.
For example :- There are frequent codes dawn near CCAD, every time a code setting up CCAD is found I would similar to it to show the word 'Apples'. Every time the code LLHG appears I would close to it to show 'Oranges'.
I can't do a simple find and replace on the background as we involve to allege the resourceful code information and we also stipulation to know how to produce the report as needed lacking going through a find and replace to update any tentative archives.
Any relieve would be greatly appreciated as I own a mental block beside this one.
Many gratefulness,

I reckon you would stipulation to set up another table within the database next to a record of adjectives the codes and the corresponding word you want it to show. You would afterwards want to relation these two table together (you can do this by clicking on the 'relationships' button - if you don't know where on earth this is use the Access lend a hand - once it open tag on the two table and next drag the drag the 'code' slot from the first table to the second which will create a connection - may nouns confusing but it should kind sense when you progress through it!)
Once they are connected you will be capable of create the report. You will have need of to ues both the table and lift the word category from the alien table you own created and any other details you want surrounded by the report from the inspired table.
Hope that help (and make sense!)
