I run Microsoft up and I received an e-mail as I found out my Graphics card is to blame. Here are two links. One is for support for Grahpics card wih a huge record and also Windows Advisor upgrade supported by AMD. This is worth checking as the widespread Advisor Vista Upgrade said my graphics card would work. However, AMD upgrade advisor for Vista said my card wouldn't work. Hmm.
On the second knit click on Evaluate PC and follow simple instructions.
Hope this adjectives works out for you.
Good luck
