I'm American and work in China. I bought a Lenovo 3000 laptop near Windows Vista Home Basic. Everything is displayed in Chinese. I tried to use a program name Kingsoft Powerword 2007 OEM, to translate it. I tried to find a Windows LIP, at hand wasn't one for Chinese. I'm a student near PC's.
