when i turn on my laptop it gose to window xp desktop and here are no icon and no stat menu
Answers: Hmm, I've have this problem past. If you enjoy extreme luck, they're freshly mysterious, but it is probably a bigger problem.
1) Right click and see if it say Hide/Show icon. If it doesn't right click, run to 2.
2) A Windows report is missing. Typically it will tender you an error message. On mine the missing wallet be normaliz.dll. This be a cramp and I have to wipe the complicated drive and install Windows XP Pro (if you must reinstall Windows return with Professional).
3) You may know how to boot into out of danger mode. When you turn on your computer and the brand of your computer flashes, press F2 or F8. You'll be capable of choose how you want Windows to start. Choose Safe Mode (just the standard Safe Mode is OK).
4) Try logging in as the guest sketch.
Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur

go to secure mode do a scan and reboot and afterwards restore to prevois point
Have you added any topical software or hardware? Boot to risk-free mode, click start, click run, type surrounded by MSCONFIG, click the launch system restore button to restore to a time your computer worked. If you don't enjoy any system restore points available, click on the startup tab and uncheck adjectives of the boxes, see if it boots up very soon. If it boots up, later it is software that runs at startup i.e. preventing your computer from fully booting. If this doesn't do it, it's more probable to be malfunctioning hardware.
Try alt+control+delete ...file>modern errand and type explorer.exe
