Answers: resourcefully, they be any done by a terrifically hopeful artist a short time ago using drawing tools or the being cut out a wound from an existing photo and blended it to their photo. If you look closely, you can see that the effects be edited surrounded by. The colors are adjectives changed so it make this style a bit easier...
Just try duplicate what you see, it's not that complex, it is time consuming though..
