No download is needed... The recycle bin should be located at C:\windows\
I don't know how to put it stern on the desktop, since I don't use Vista, but, that's where on earth it's located.

Well beside Windows Vista you can hold the Recycle bin stale the Desktop. You can initiate up window explorer, and you'll see the recycle bin at the vastly bottom or close to the bottom within the disappeared bit of the porthole.
go to start go to turn upside down type surrounded by recycle bin and Vwallah it will come up, a moment ago drag it to your desktop
