is at hand a place i can download adobe photoshop for free? i want to move my fuzz color w/o dying it. and yeah...j/w.. please help~!

Photoshop is not free. I recommend GIMP, it have heaps features of Photoshop and costs nought.
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, depiction composition and dummy authoring.
Other free alternatives would be Paint.lattice or Picasa from Google.
