I can't remember what it's call, after you remove a program from 'add/remove programs' surrounded by your workstation, you are supposed to run it so it delete adjectives the other files and folders of the program you purely delete...
Any accepted wisdom?

windows for always delete or uninstalls programs if you remove it from the add/remove programs menu. it may customize the removal coz some of your save background could be still used if you plan to reinstall it.
