Why does everyone dislike intensely Windows Vista so much? I feel its biddable?

Answers: I lately acquire a foreign computer. I be highly reluctant when I found out it would come beside Windows Vista. But I must enunciate I am impressed. It is out of harm`s way, stable and intelligent. Of course one whom doesn't know how any other previous of window works will find vista...overwhelming...I be a huge admirer of window me and window 2k (dual boot)...but on this dual processor piece of equipment vista runs approaching a charm and near are drivers out within very soon...and I am competent to play my elder games on this scrounging device because vista give the route to run them near compatibility! Seriously I am delighted...except I don`t know for the navigation surrounded by Windows Explorer...but hey I'll win use to it :)
1) Some relatives are misfed information and believe it.
2) Some associates find it smaller number productive.
3) Some family purely don't have need of it and are individual forced to use it.
4) Some population find it too expensive to move towards it.

At work, I use Windows XP on the principal computers, and Vista on the inferior machines. Servers at work are run beside Windows 2000 Server. POS Systems are run beside window 2000. This results contained by frequent malfunction and unneeded downtime. If we be running Vista on the machines, we would call for to completely throw out the system surrounded by place of a up to date one, which will cost us contained by millions (hardware and software costs included). That is no fun at adjectives.
I see Vista as not different from XP and total rubbish. Before anyone jump on me, I will speak that I know that the innards are not equal. At home, I use GNU/Linux, Solaris and OpenBSD, as it allows me to do what I do easier (it is much easier, out of harm`s way, and stable to run servers, do programming and be in charge of databases on *nix systems). Needless to enunciate it is cheaper when you download the source code of a program, modify it to suit your desires and next compile it to run it.

EDIT:
And to comment on your little comment to Autoinspector, I'd suggest you trace backbone to Microsoft's history. You'll see that he get in that because he get lucky. IBM allowed clones of their x86 machines, and since Microsoft retained ownership of DOS, other corporations making those x86 machines, such as Compaq, Tandy and HP would income Microsoft to use their Disk Operating System (DOS). Which is how DOS get it's describe as MS-DOS, past that, it be call PC-DOS. And that is to say in need mention of those who made x86 processor clones and their computers, who also have to turn to Microsoft for a system to run those machines. Ever hear the expression "IBM PC Compatible"? I've said it plenty of times already, if it wasn't for that, Gates and company would still be writing BASIC for an MITS Altair 8800.
It's a wider issue - everyone hate microsoft, but lone Europeans are in reality intelligent ample to see it what it is - a simple spinal column nouns bully.
If you are trying to manoeuvre everything by the amount of dosh, consider this: Einstein died poor, and bush, dick, etc. are rich.
It's a short time ago too much of a show hog.
its not that i detest it, it have really apposite features. I basically want them to release more device drivers for it, and fix its frequent heaps bugs.
Early on within be alot of problems because first of it's brand bright so it's not gonna be fully compatible or stable near every point. But that slowly get worked out next to patch. I've used Vista and it's okay, it does supply alot of deposit, stability and nice user interface features.

Many citizens are reluctant to try Vista because they don't approaching renovate and right presently the operating system is remarkably expensive compared to Windows XP. People feel like opening around Windows XP when it first come out and everyone be still using Win98SE because they be audible range adjectives these unpromising things in the order of it from other citizens instead of in actuality trying it themselves.
what i experience is the incompatibility issues..

1. any extramural acessories/hardwares bought should hold vista certified
2. programs/software should enjoy vista compatible (although some still run on vista)
3. it requirements extra memory/processor so you can get the impression its speed.

Nevertheless.. i hold vista installed and im somehow satisfied
