How do I install XP on a second concrete disc drive when I cant boot stale a disc?

It wont tolerate me install through the running of the disc through XP itself. Its a second HDD. When I run the first HDD next to xp witch i am on in a minute, and run the install XP wizard, it say that I already own it on my computer but I dont want to install it on my primary hdd i want to install it on the minor.
