I own multiple user accounts on my workstation and obligation them adjectives to enjoy access to equal e letters inbox. I can't see how to do this I hold created an article contained by one users signature and pointed pop and smtp at the fundamental e correspondence contained by my label but they do not receive the e mail that I do. Can I fix this so that the other user receive the e mail I receive? Lo xxx
Answers: Yes. You can do it by creating a "public" .pst record.
I can offer you more instruction on it, but which interpretation outlook are you using?
Basically, you create a trial "Outlook Data File" and let go it at a location that adjectives users can see (the folder where on earth your users share files, or simply create a folder surrounded by your root C:/ drive), and after begin that Data File near the different user accounts.
maybe it should be the one profile for adjectives users (it is located surrounded by Application Data). And it would be better to use IMAP, next adjectives communication will be stored on the server and adjectives users will know how to look over it.
