there is alchohol 120% program, folder name cd1,cd2,cd3,cd4 beside mdf files inside respectively of them. the instruction say i enjoy to mount carving from respectively folder, install direct x, and next install the sims 2. i dont recognize, because no direct x statue nor sims2 statue contained by the dvd. ah, and what is 'mount image' anyway? how to do it?
Answers: Install Alchol Program first..
Then u own to create a virtual drive..
An model is roughly a copy of compact disc contents within a file(MDF)
U "mount" an logo onto a "virtual drive"
U can find selection for creating virtual drive in Alchol..create it and mount the MDF database from CD1 folder..
After that the installation sholud switch on..when it asks for 2nd cd.. "unmount" cd1 MDF and mount cd2 MDF and so on..
About Direct X it should be installed automatically along next to Sims..

K First you obligation to spread out Alchol consequently File-mount sign ,walk to the photo cd1 and choose that one consequently stir to my computer And to your strange cd-dvd rom nt the standard one we're conversation in the order of the virtual rom And afterwards right click on that one step undo or autorun and do alike item over when they ask you to insert cd2,cd3 etc

Do it step by step:
1. Install "Alcohol 120%". Restart your computer.
2. Open "Alcohol 120%" later create virtual drives (create 4) next choose "Mount Image File" on the side.
3. Choose the DVD Drive after choose "cd1.mds or .mdf" (then autorun appear of the sims 2). Cancel the autorun first.
4. Do step 2 again but this time choose cd2.
5. Do step 2 again but this time choose cd3.
6. Do step 2 again but this time choose cd4.
7. Now turn to "My Computer" afterwards double click "TS2_1" (mounted sign file). Then the autorun of the sims 2 will appear. Install.
