Answers: no such item? you could donate effects on your pic.. play near paintbrushes.. but there's no drawing effect to transformation your logo completely into something skit resembling...

You could try turning it into greyscale, try using things close to filter->distort->pinch or filter->render->3D transform to burlesque a frontage, and afterwards use the paint, brush and pen tools to colour it fund contained by.
