Are within any Password Recovery Programs that can get better the administrator/supervisor passwords for windowsxp

I don't remember the passwords that I set up as the supervisor and administrator password in bios. Now I can't manufacture any change within bios configuration settings. I don't reflect that IBM, Lenovo or Microsoft can or will rest them for me. Any abet will be appreciated.
