when trying to choose any program from the start menu, the small hourglass appears and nil happen for ages. Windows errand negotiator does not appear any, or does, if I hold self-control to sit and keep on for a long time. Also, the window does not shut down as it would as a rule do (start menu- shut down etc), it have to be done manually. McAfee virus scan have found no viruses-is this a software problem, some corrupted files...?
Answers: kindness to the world of microsoft, you should be obliged that you dont own vista...anyway looks resembling you hold an explorer problem.the cleanest route out is to format you knotty drive and reinstall xp and all the programs that you want.this would be a great excercise to set up adjectives your notes, music and picture files.
