Microsoft Word 2003 Issue?

Hello,
One of my students come to me and told me that he cannot see the the "Office Clipboard" item beneath Edit contained by the WORD 2003 Menu Bar. He say it is missing.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to resolve it? Is the application corrupt or something? Does he involve to reinstall WORD?
Thanks,
Henri

Answers: I don't have a sneaking suspicion that that will be essential. Here's how he can reset the Menu Bar (works contained by Word XP (2002)):

Try this:

1.Press ALT/V followed by ALT/T. A menu will pop up.
2.Select Customize at the bottom.
3.Click the Toolbars tab.
4.Select the “Menu Bar” item contained by the document box.
5.Click the Reset button.
6.Click OK for the certification dialog box.
7.Click Close.

Hopefully, that will bring rear the item.
Right click on the menu handrail. Go to "customize..." Select the Commands tab. Select "Edit" surrounded by the detail on the gone. Find "Office Clipboard" on the right side. Click and drag it over to the Edit menu lump.

You're done.
