It wont sign me in it take awhile afterwards it say troubleshoot and still doesnt abet. Should i re install it, and if i do will i loose all my message history?
Answers: the problem which you are experiencing desires to reinstall the application..else your net problem.. You won't loose any messenger history as they are stored at the server.. not your local laptop.
