Using it to download copyrighted fabric (like songs you hear on the radio) is dishonest. Downloading ANY copyrighted objects for free short blessing of its copyright holder is unofficial. Therefore in that is no place where on earth you can download music of your choice for free and legitimately.
Pretty much anything that you download in mp3 format is compatible beside iPods.
I don't believe it's off the record, seeing that you can look into it on Google and download it. If it be court, there'd be something in the order of that somewhere, but perchance I hadn't see it nonetheless.

In my belief frostwire is better anyway, smaller amount virus and it automatically connects to 8 hosts.

yes you can download music for ipod from unknown amazon music store too - uses mp3 unprotected music files that ipod supports and will play on ipod - you can download music for ipod merely from 2 places - one is apple's itunes music store and the other is amazon's music store beside mp3 unprotected music

Try using iTunes for "legal" music for your ipod.
