Office XP have a particularly poor interpretation ... Office 2003 better on it and Office 2007 is better again ... Dragon Naturally Speaking is the industry standard for voice acceptance software
I use "Naturally Speaking 7" by Dragon. It can not single be used when inputting to a document, but also can be used to control window and other programs.
