Help near ripping DVD?!?

I'm trying to rip one of my DVD and the program that I'm using is working correctly (I've used it to rip dvds before) but today, when I'm done ripping and I play the record that I ripped, instead of human being a common square/wide eyeshade, the eyeshade is adjectives squish up.so it's vertically longer...

here, I made an example:

what rationale this? can it be my dvd driver/burner? I've tried 3 programs that I know worked until that time, but it adjectives come out matching...

I don't know what is cause your problem since I don't know what you're using, but I find that it other help if you email the company that made that software. Most of these programs hold customer service emails, or a website beside such an email. They usually assist out
