wen ever you delete a directory from your drive.. the settings are such that they will be stored in a folder call recycle bin.. if you want to restore that profile you can do so... that folder will be usually on your desktop...
while delete if you want to delete a folder for good afterwards you enjoy to hit shift+delete
by giving this command you will be delete that profile ineradicably from your knotty disk and you cant restore it again... hope i help you...
