Answers: There are several programs for the hospitality industry... they are no CHEAP and they are not FREE.
Buy a copy of COMPUTER SHOPPER and check the classified add within the rear legs... you will find a bunch of software companies at hand that can support you.
In increase to the reservation system they probably hold a debit/credit card checking facility supplied by a third celebration software company e.g. close to supermarkets where on earth you can seize cashback etc.
