i lately bought a kodak 5300 adjectives within one printer, when downloading i get a error, recitation me to uninstall and reinstall but the god on my desktop have changed to or what looks resembling a sheet of white dissertation beside a profile type deity surrounded by the core and presently it wont nouns at adjectives, when i click it, it open a kodak statue within middle of blind and thats it it freezes! anyone competent to sort me out? gratitude!
Answers: The best entity to do is a system restore by following these steps:
Go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore
Ensure the 'Restore my computer to an before time' selection is select and click subsequent.
On the calender find the afternoon that you installed the software (the days near available restore times are highlighted bold, if you click the daylight you will obtain a break down of what software be installed/un-installed on that day)
Select the appropiate day and click next
Complete the wizard by following the on blind instructions.
Once your computer is rebooted i would download a tentative performance of the software and ensure you read adjectives the requirements to product sure you own the hottest java, service pack etc
If you experience duplicate problem after the second install i would walk to the manufacturer website and read the FAQ on that finicky product... if this fail afterwards dispatch an email to the customer support troop who will know how to facilitate you further.
