Answers: after you hold installed winrar select folder you want to compress right click on it >click winrar > click include to archive rar file
It is especially trouble-free, in recent times select (Ctrl+Click to select multiple files/folder) files/folders, Right Click on them and Click on Send To "somefile.rar" from POP-UP menu and follow the graceful steps.
