Hi,
Does anyone know if here are any websites where on earth you can upload metaphors and bowdlerize them? e.g make a payment background, shift colour of pics, merge two etc...
I own Microsoft Picture Manager on my workstation which is ok, but are at hand any more interesting things you can do to pictures? p.s I'd a bit not download any free programs, instead use websites to cut pics.

They enjoy a free photo picture, but I'm not sure roughly editing photos except resizing them.
