Whenever I try to any switch user or put the computer surrounded by standby I capture the following error.

Value creation " substandard at rank 24.
Once it comes up, I can't get hold of posterior to the login eyeshade or log wager on on, and this message make it impossible to put my computer into standby.
I can't find this message anywhere on the internet - it seem i own a unmatched problem. Any oblige would be greatly appreciated.
Answers: If you still own the installation disc you should pop that in and run a repair. It's possible that Winows will fix itsef. Aside from that I'mnot sure what else you might try.
