SOS! I obligation to access and download several documents from a client's ftp site for a conference call for. This client have several projects, respectively next to its own user name/password on the ftp site. I have to access documents from Project A ending time, and that user name/password is in a minute stored, apparently, and in a minute when I try to bring up the site, it take me automatically to Project A. My problem is that I requirement access to Project B (I enjoy the user nickname and password for that as well).
How do I bring up the eyeshade that asks me for my user term and password for Project B? I cleared my history but that didn't solve the problem. I'm using Internet Explorer.
Thanks for any minister to you can impart me, and for abiding me from looking similar to a big dummy surrounded by front of this client. BTW, they did not hire me for my scientific (lack of) skill LOL. :-)
Answers: When going to the site use the format
ftp://username:password@ftp.domain.com
where on earth ftp.domain.com is the url you use to budge to the site. If youuse the hot username and password it should work.
