hmmm. Identical? The merely point transposable to something is itself.
Others own suggested OpenOffice, but remember that at hand are substantial differences. OpenOffice have its own Macro argot. Microsoft Word supports Visual Basic. There are thousands of VB add-ins, applications and macros available for the Microsoft product and none of those will work in OpenOffice or NeoOffice. Likewise, macros created in Sun Microsystem's OpenOffice product won't work in Microsoft Word.
Not to mention that here are 11 different version of Microsoft Word for the Mac, and 11 for Windows, so you inevitability 22 different version of Word if you want to collect them adjectives.
