When I copy set book into word and remove the formating, the manuscript other become Times New Roman size 12. I want it to automatically become Verdana size 10 every time.

It's be a highly long time, but I have an idea that I remember how to do it. Be sure to generate a contemporary "empty" document (like when you first plain Word).
