ok, i dont really know how to explain this, but at my house our one computer broke, and since we didnt own the money at the time to fix it, we hooked my computer up to the internet, that get a TON of virises, presently we hold the out-of-date computer fixed, and put the other computer surrounded by my room, w/o internet. But it dosent work right, it keep delete things, it wont tolerate me do ANYTHING, close to draw from on medium player or word ultimate. i tried to delet on of the acconts on it, but it wont let me, i a moment ago want to start over spanking new next to it.. approaching i dont enjoy any major files or anything on it, i tried that restore thing, but it wont work! how can i basically verbs wthe complete point out, and start fresh, next to out have to transport it someplace. is this even possible? please sustain!!

Answers: Use you connected computer to download a free antivirus and antispyware product and burn them directly to a disk (or flash drive) later try installing them on you non-connected PC and run scan. Then see if you can take your computer working better. Here are some free products.

You said you tried the restore item, did you connote system restore or a Restore compact disc??
Virus store contained by the system restore.
If you own the Restore disc, or an operating system compact disc, consequently put it surrounded by and reboot to it and restore/install an operating system.
If you do NOT enjoy a restore compact disc or Operating compact disc, you can print out the below and try it. You will involve internet access temporarily. So, that show unplug the well-mannered computer so it wont catch infected.
*Download, install and the gain the updates for the following, <<but DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET:>>

*Then, DISCONNECT from the internet.
*Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options and delete adjectives browsing history (cookies, provisional internet files etc). Check the box, Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons.
*Make sure your folder settings allow you to see the ALL your folders, Go to My Computer>Folder Options>View. CHeck all the show files boxes and UNCHECK all the Hide boxes. Click apply and ok.
*Go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings \temp
Delete all files. (for respectively user)
*Delete adjectives contained by recycle bin
*Right click MY Computer, properties consequently System Restore, turn it sour (for now)
*Next, boot up contained by not dangerous mode (Tap the F8 push button every few second as the system boots up until the eyeshade Saying Safe Mode resort appears).
*Now run the above spyware programs.
When done, reboot computer and turn system restore on.
I would also download and install Firefox, its smaller quantity adjectives than IE.
