The system DLL user32.dll be relocated surrounded by memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\SHELL32.dll colonized an address scope reserved for Windows system DLLs. The hawker supplying the DLL shoud be contacted for a strange DLL.
