I have need of the advanced features such as resampling, color correction, hue & saturation adjustment, stretch/skew, etc.
Any freeware out within that works resourcefully? This would be for a Windows operating system.

corel paint shop pro X2 is a great photo editor.
lately search out it on yahoo and you can find a free trial download

you involve to install the network framework first, you can download it from the microsoft website.
