Answers: There is two ways to do it using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and Photoshop CS3.
1 - You can export the sequence as a filmstrip in Premiere and after friendly the .flm directory contained by Photoshop. Great for Rotoscoping or
2 - Export the sequence as a Quicktime directory and afterwards you can unfold the QT directory within Photoshop near respectively fram anyone a seperate covering. The better passageway for creating animated gifs.

I believe both of these methods are simply available beside the CS3 copy of these programs.
