My computer a few days ago, beside my non-updated mcafee shelter software, alerted me that spyware may be on the internet, which is my commonplace google homepage. So, it alerted me that spyware be on google. I thought it be the aim toolbar, because when i took it rotten, it go away. Now, my mcafee service needed to restart for an update similar to a month ago. I tried to restart but it one-time, and immediately whenever I pressed fix, it said nearby be an error, we without being seen this because our mcafee internet website scanner be still working. Now a couple of days ago, close to tuesday or so, a trojan, i imagine a black or pay for door trojan be spotted contained by a popup, and it said to download software against spyware or adware.or something. My mom accidently downloaded this BESTSELLER antivirus but I removed it becuz it looked resembling a hoax. So immediately my mcafee is shut past its sell-by date and my internet and everything isnt working, should I carry charter over here or what should I do? Please aid me.
Answers: It is malware.It shows as pop-up when browsing internet and if you jump down for their trick, you pause up installing it.
It have disable your mcafee , so that you cannot remove this trojan/malware...
I suggest you nouns super anti-spyware (free edition),

1>install it, update it (but don't scan your computer now)
2>restart computer, when between power-on and window logon peak, press F8 (during black eyeshade , between those 2 moments), select safe-mode, allow xp to boot.
3> run super anti-spyware program and scan the computer...
Hope it find some malware and remove this problem..
4> Reboot... (as as a rule you do)
5>try to update mcafee. If it fail try to upadte, try to reinstall mcafee again and update it.

have 2 or 3 anti-spyware program is alright on computer as no single antispyware is forceful contained by removing adjectives trojan/spyware.
if I thought that my computer be riddled next to virus, and it be stopping my computer connecting to the Internet I would reformat the tricky disk ( wipe the easier said than done disk verbs ), this may give the impression of being a bit raucous but it will solve the problem, when you return with your computer working again, download AVG from the Internet as your antivirus ( its free ), also it might be worth downloading ad-aware and spybot as your anti spyware programs ( they are also free ),I downloaded adjectives of those programs from www.computeractive.co.uk
