I basically bought a unmarked computer (sony vaio). It comes near microsoft exel. I did some work on excel and save it. Now when I unambiguous these works, I can lone look at them. I cannot give to these works. Can someone make clear to me how to unlock these works?
Answers: one possible basis is that the workbook is self save as read only
is this is the grip afterwards, goto the tool menu, select option, deposit, if read single is checked rotten next uncheck it,
Also what are you good the workbook as?
On the Tools menu, point to Protection, and after click Unprotect Sheet.
If prompted, enter the protection password (password: A process to restrict access to a workbook, worksheet, or sector of a worksheet.
Something that can be locked / unlocked indivudually is : CELL.
But your locking/unlocking the cell will be effect when you next protect the worksheet.
