i am with the sole purpose competent to connect beside guaranteed torrents and their trackers, the torrent can own 300 seed and i connect to one, or it can own 150 and im connected to resembling 30 of them

Answers: Not sure in the order of the advanced settings, unless you've changed some of the default everything in that should be right.
For the nouns problem, I would speak try right clicking the torrent and cliché force start, youve probably already tried this, but if that isnt working I would assume that the torrents are of late discouraging.
As for optimizing your downloads, its kinda complicated, but if you know some almost computers, you should recognize this.
1st Step To Optimize Downloads:
Open, Utorrent, step to options->preferences, after surrounded by the upper right you should see a port number. Uncheck "randomize port respectively time utorrent starts". WRITE THIS PORT NUMBER DOWN.
Next stretch out up command prompt, type contained by "ipconfig" look for your non-attendance gateway address. Type the non-attendance gateway into your internet browser, you should carry prompted for a username and go by (this is the alternative control panel for your router btw). Comcast, I believe, filter out BitTorrent traffic. Enabled encryption below the Connection passage.
