When i put a font on a New white blank space the font turns out all faded or blurry && spotted, also the size of the fonts are proportionately stale, approaching 12 pt looks similar to 7 pt. Can someone back me?

In Paint Shop Pro, which I use, when workbook is first placed, it is a Selection and if I move the cursor to it, the cursor change to a + near arrow head and I can move the schoolbook around. The Selection is indicated by a 'sparkling' fringe of moving lines which can glibly overwhelm the outline of the manuscript. Further, the foreground and environment colors explain the rim and the swarm of the font. If you enjoy black and white as fg and bg, afterwards on white situation, the border simply disappears.
