i'm trying to craft round corners.because the round corner tool i own make the 'round corners' look really small so they look a moment ago resembling a straight edge

Answers: You can other use the shape tool. There are three settings for it: Shape Layers, Paths, and Fill Pixels. Make sure to select Shape Layers as this is vector base. Also play next to the radius. The more radius you put on it, the more nouns will be involved in the curve. Larger descriptions will require more radius, and smaller will requires smaller number for impossible to tell apart effect.
If you are not delighted beside the "roundness" of the rounded rectangle tool try the custom shape tool. There are different shapes available and nearby is one finicky rectangle near nice rounded corners.
You can adjust Levels from the Image/Adjustment/Levels menu. Adjust the sliders to your desired effect. Or you can just use Auto Levels.
