When they just now come out next to book 7, I upgraded to it and it hasn't worked ever since. Everytime I click on the statue to run the program a glass pops up stating " iTunes have stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem". I've done everything, Uninstalled and reinstalled. It's be over 2 months presently and i'm going completely wacky lacking my music. Is in attendance an alternative solution to this predicament or do I own to spend 2 hours on hold beside customer service?
