limewire only wont connect to the gnutella grating and its getting really fristrating, have anyone else have matching problem or know what i can do??
i've looked on forums and they adjectives blame Mcafee virus protection but i dont own Mcafee, and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and ive tried running limewire in compatibility mode near window XP service pack 2

Well I haven't truly tried installing it on vista (because it wasnt the best p2p client (has plentifully of spam files)). But since it say connecting consequently I assume the problem is some open-handed of firewall, or if you hold router you necessitate to forward the ports. Vista have build within firewall that should asked you to free it (you can check at control panel to see unblocked applications)
