Someone at my work messed beside the computer and immediately the cursor begin at the middle of the page. It doesn't affect how things are printed, but it's annoying for setup reason.
Answers: Check the settings for the Style of that first paragraph. (Yes, it is a paragraph. Click the P button on the menu pole to prove it. Click it again when you're done.)
1. Put the cursor right up to that time that P that appeared when you clicked the P button.
2. Right click and select Paragraph from the pop-up menu.
3. Check the Before spacing course book box. I suspect it might not be zilch, giving you a bunch of space formerly the paragraph. If it isn't, form it zilch.

Try questioning for conventional.dot.
Delete this and Word should create a latest one.
