Now reboot as usual to see what happen. Now individually see a startup process one at a time - rebooting after respectively one until you find the offending application. I know it is a long process but worth it finally.

A program (that you may not be aware of its running) is taking up adjectives CPU resources, which usually routine that it's worn-out properly.

1. Right click on any pointless bit of taskbar and click on "Task Manager", or acquire to the Task Manager however mode you want.

2. Go to the "Processes" tab

3. Click the "CPU" column so that the program(s) beside the untouchable CPU usage (>=10%) are at the top.

4. If the top program is call "System Idle Process", that's clearly not a problem, but most probably it's call something else. Take down (or memorise) the program's baptize, and Google it, see what the 'web have to enunciate more or less the record and whether it is undisruptive to close it, and more importantly, its kernel, so you can see how this happen.

I hope this help!
