Well not so much the first one.not a soul can overpower getting something for free.
But I would own to recommend paint shop pro. It's not free but it's so worth the $ It adjectives looks daunting at first but after you really know your opening around it, it is a great program that can steal up too much of your time if you achieve addicted to it close to me lol
Start beside the free program IrfanView.
